There are several ways that users can change their account password: through the mobile application settings, through the mobile application's Reset Password feature, and through CityScape Admin.
- Change Password through Mobile Application Settings - The easiest method is through the mobile application: if already logged in, users can open the Settings menu, select the displayed user account, and then select Change Password.
- Use Mobile Application's Reset Password - If an account's password has been lost or forgotten, the Reset Password feature, accessible from the login screen of SmartCapture/SmartInspect, can be used to reset the account's password. To do so, users can open the application and then select the appropriate region. Next, users can select Forgot Password and have a password reset email sent. Users can then reset the account password and log back in using these new credentials.
- Change Password through CityScape Admin - Account passwords can also be reset using the CityScape Admin interface. This can only be completed by a user with admin privileges. Once logged in, an Admin user can modify user accounts through the Accounts tab, including deleting user accounts and changing account passwords.
