Note: In order to access the Agency Group feature, an organization must have been setup with an Agency Group by APX Customer Care.
If a department/organization has been setup with an Agency Group, they will be able to see not only their own building information plans when in SmartView, but will be able to view the plans of all participating departments in the Agency Group.
Just like in the standard SmartView setup, there are two different views available for an Agency Group: Group Map and Group List.
The Group Map view allows users to see the building info plans for all participating departments as pins placed upon a map. To view a plan, users can select a pin and tap the displayed button to open the building.
The Group List view presents the same information to the user, but in a searchable list view. Selecting the building name or address will open the building info plan.
