If we utilize smart map within our organization and have CAD integration, can the mutual aid companies get our pre-plan shared to them from the CAD as well when responding to one of our alarms?

  Ron,

  If I understand your question correctly, the the answer is Yes.

  If Your mutual aid partners are also SmartMAP customers and APX configures you together in a Mutual Aid Group, then the "SmartLink" links that could be sent as part of a CAD dispatch will work for all partners.
