Submit a request
When submitting a support request, please include the following:
- Device Information (Device Model, OS Version, and App Version)
- Network Information (e.g. WiFi or LTE, Network Provider) - If possible, please also run the following tests as close in time to when the issue occurred, and attach screenshots of the results.
- fast.com- a general network speed test.
- azurespeedtest.azurewebsites.net - A test of your connection speed to our server. For US, please make sure South Central US is in the screenshot. For CA, please make sure Canada Central is in the screenshot.
