To complete an inspection in SmartInspect, several conditions have to be met: an inspection must be generated for the selected occupancy, all inspection fields must have a value entered, and an inspection email must be generated and sent by the iOS Mail app. There are several reasons that an error message might be presented when the email generation button is selected. The table below lists these error messages, reasons, and user actions available to address the error.

"Report Generation was not configured properly. If problem persists, please contact APX." | General Error Message (typically related to iOS Version) | Ensure that device is running at least iOS version 11. |
