The following article outlines how to complete an investigation report using the Investigations module of the APX SmartCapture App.

1. From the Home View of the Investigations Module, open the desired investigation record.
Tip: You can search for and open an investigation using the List or Map modes of the Home View, or by using the Search bar.

2. Fill out the investigation record as required. This could include using text fields, time fields, auto-calculation fields, narratives, images and image mark-up, and more. Select Save to save any changes.

3. To generate a locked investigation report, select Close Investigation.

4. Review the preview of the completed investigation report, then select Done.

5. Select Continue to complete generation of the locked investigation report.
Note: to cancel the report generation, select Cancel.
