The following article outlines how to access completed investigation reports through the APX Web app.
Note: To access completed investigation reports, a user must have both the "Organization Admin" and "Investigator" roles.

1. Select the SmartInvestigate tab.

2. Select the Investigation History tab.

3. To view the most recently submitted investigation report for an incident, select Show Investigation Report.

4. To download an investigation report, select the Download button.

5. To view a time-stamped history of completed investigation reports, select Report History.

6. To export completed investigation reports in bulk, select Export.
Note: You can set the date range for the export, and a download link will be emailed to the provided email address.
