Admin - Exporting a Preplan to PDF

The following article outlines how to export the preplan of an occupancy to PDF through the APX Web app.

Note: To complete this export, a user must have the "Organization Admin" role.

1. Video Tutorial

1. Select the SmartCapture tab.

2. Use the List View, Map View, or Search bar to search for the desired occupancy.

3. In the Actions column, select Export.

4. The preplan for the selected occupancy will download in PDF.
