SmartCapture/SmartInspect Map is oriented incorrectly. How do I fix this?

The main map of the SmartCapture and SmartInspect applications can be rotated as desired. By default, the map has north at the top of screen. To rotate the map, users can rotate two fingers upon the screen. If the app is re-started, the map will be reset to its default orientation.
