PDF documents can be imported into a building information plan, and then either attached to a specific field or left in the Documents gallery.
When importing a PDF document into a building information plan, the building must already be open prior to beginning the import process.
PDF documents can be imported from an Email attachment, from the Safari browser, or from a cloud storage provider such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud. For devices running iOS 11 or later, documents can also be imported from the Files app. Typically, the iOS Share button is used from within one of the applications mentioned above to import the PDF document into a building information plan. The exact steps differ depending on the application.
To attach an imported document to a document field, tap the + Tap to choose a document field, and then either select the desired document from the Documents Gallery or use the Files browser to find the desired document on your device.
