How do I found out the last time I did a building info plan/inspection?

Through the CityScape Admin Interface, users can determine the last known date of both inspection or building info plan update.

Last Known Inspection Date

The last known inspection date can be determined using the Inspection History. Users can select the Inspection History tab, and then search the inspection history list for the occupancy in question. The displayed date will be that of the most recent inspection.

Last Known Building Info Plan Update

The last known building info plan update can be determined from the List View within the SmartCapture tab. The List View displays the most recently updated 25 buildings. The Search Bar, located above the List View, can be used to search for any plan. The last update time will be displayed within the List View.
