Accessing a Preplan from SmartMAP on a Windows Device

1. To open a preplan from SmartMAP, select the preplan icon on a building and then select the address in the pop-up.

2. If available, the site plan will open by default. Use the preplan menu to navigate the preplan.

3. Icons added to images can act as hyperlinks to provide quick access to other parts of the plan. Select an icon to be navigated the linked information.

4. Images can be added throughout the record, but can all be reviewed within the Photo Gallery

5. To share out access to the current preplan, select Share. Then add one or more contacts (SMS or Email) and then select Share.
