APX has introduced exciting new capabilities for creating and managing both inspection invoices and permits. With APX and SmartInspect, generate all the required documentation required for your inspections activity.
Invoicing
Easily generate invoices for your inspection activity immediately upon completing your inspection of a property. APX will input your inspection fee schedule into the software. Upon completion of an inspection, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the building representative, including all information related to submitting payment.
Invoices are automatically synced up to the APX secure server as part of completing an inspection. Admin staff can then access and review all generated invoices. As payment is received, invoices can be quickly and reliably marked as Paid, making tracking outstanding payments simple.
Permitting
Issue and manage operational permits as part of your inspections process. Select one or more permit types, set an effective date for the permit, and then generate the permit and send it to the building representative. It's that simple.
Access and review the Permit History for all generated permits from the APX Admin Portal. Download and resend permits to building representatives as required.
