SmartCapture Web - Adding a Floor Plan

1. Select Edit.

2. Select Open.

3. Select the section with floor plans (in this example, Floor Plan).

4. To select a floor plan image to upload, select Choose Files and select the image using the file explorer.

5. To draw a floor plan, select Draw floor plan.

6. Within the floor plan drawing tool, users can draw on a blank canvas using any of the annotation options available for other images.

7. The Shapes tool can be used to add a rectangular or square shape to the floor plan.

8. The Straight line tool can be used to indicate walls and openings on the floor plan.

9. Within the Shapes tool, doors and windows can be added.

10. In the top right, users can access the following controls:

• Toggle the grid on/off. The grid is to assist users, and will not show up on the Preplan Preview.
• Undo previous actions
• Clear All

11. Select Save to save changes to the floor plan image.
