SmartCapture Web - Navigating the Home View

1. Occupancies with preplans can be viewed in both a List View and a Map View.

2. The search bar can be used to filter the current view.

3. To filter the SmartCapture Home View by Status, sue the dropdown to select a status. The list will update to show records that match the selection.

4. Select the Actions button to access several different options for the selected property record.

5. Select History to view a changelist of edits made to the record. View Detail can be selected to view a specific changelist entry.

6. Select Attach to open the PDF Import tool, which allows users to import pages of PDF documents as images.

7. Select Change Form to change the default form currently used for the property record.

8. Select Export to export the selected property record to PDF. A window will open allowing the user to select which form should be used to export the record.

9. Select Delete to delete the selected property record.

10. Select Preview to open a preview of what the selected property record will look like in the SmartMAP response module based on the currently set form.

11. Select Edit to open the selected property into the currently set form and make edits to the record.
