SmartCapture Web - Creating a New Property Record

1. Select New Building.

2. Use the search bar to fill out address information using a Google Address search.

Users can also fill out address information manually.

3. Optional - Add a building name for the new record.

4. To update the coordinates of the new record, select and drag the purple pin on the map.

5. If configured, use the Zone field to add a Zone value to the new record.

6. If multiple preplan forms are configured, use the Form selection field to change the selected form.

7. Select Create Building to create the new record.

User feedback will indicate the record was created successfully, and the user will be redirected to the preplan record.
