The following article outlines how to change the selected preplan form through the SmartCapture Web app.
Note: Multiple preplan forms need to be configured in order to switch the selected preplan form. The default form will be used automatically if only one form is configured.

1. Select Actions.
2. Select Change Form.
A window will appear displaying the currently selected preplan form.
3. Use the drop-down to select a form.
4. Select Save.
The change will be saved, and the user will be redirected to the newly selected preplan form.
